Dear Students,

Greetings from the Office of the Proctor, Office of Student Affairs and Transport Pool. We hope that you are in good health and doing well.

It’s a matter of grave concern and sorrow that a few of our male and female students are being found behaving irresponsibly. Their indecent and shameless behavior in the university buses, cafeteria and some other places of the university premise causes serious annoyance and discomfort to other fellow students.

Firstly, we are morally obliged to refrain from indecent conduct. Secondly, it is also our moral duty to restrain the few who display what must remain confined in their private and personal space. We sincerely expect that you all will play an active role in protecting your learning environment from the pollution of the offensive, indecent and shameless behavior. And you will do it without resorting to any violence or aggression.

Those who are engaged in indecent activities driven by base instincts should be aware that actions which may not cause much social unrest when carried out in private can corrupt the moral fabric of society and spread disorder when done in public.

Therefore, please refrain from vile and unethical behavior and help maintain a healthy and pleasant environment. Otherwise, we will be compelled to take appropriate administrative measures.
